Blake is from Dallas, Texas and grew up in the church, where he began to discover a call to ministry as a teenager. He received a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama as well as a master of divinity from McAfee School of Theology in Atlanta, Georgia where he studied Christian social ethics. He is also a contributing writer for fellowship! magazine, Baptist News Global, The Herald and other publications. Blake joined the Baptist General Association of Virginia and began leading Eunoia in 2014.

Blake loves to hike, write music, read Wendell Berry, play clawhammer banjo, cook delicious food, explore the South and more than anything, spend time with young people being honest about faith and discovering a real way to follow Jesus and join God in the world.

Lesley-Ann is from Greensboro, North Carolina and has been discovering her call to ministry since age 12, especially as it brings her across cultures and alongside those on the margins. She received a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill as well as a master of divinity from McAfee School of Theology where she studied global Christianity. Lesley-Ann joined Eunoia as a minister in 2015.

Lesley-Ann is a gifted photographer, designer and Spanish speaker. She loves reading, hiking, drinking coffee, Barbara Kingsolver, the quiet on top of a mountain, brainstorming and more than anything, journeying with people who live in oppression and haven't had their stories heard.
